Streamlined Long Term Lists

A simple and elegant design is a beautiful thing. Lists can easily get messy. Over on Instagram, penpapersoul offers a spread for multi-aspect, long term lists.

Here is her description of this design:

Wish List in new bullet journal. It's not a shopping list but bucket list categorized into 6 different life aspects: work, self, love, home, play & give.

This design can work just as well as a single page or as a spread.

This could also work for a Christmas list, a master syllabus, a weekly spread, weekly food schedule, weekly TV shows (watching/recording schedule), monthly chore list, or what have you. What ever your categories, maybe this design can help you. Good organization is key.

Lists like this would be a good candidate to include in your up front spreads when setting up a new journal.

DIY Add a paper pocket to your journal

Got a plain old notebook? There are plenty of options out there and you may not find one with all the features you like. But journalers are already familiar with customizing their journals and we tend to like that. Here's a super easy DIY option for a pocket. Not everyone needs a pocket in their journal.
